A classic, characterful dry red wine. Cabernet Sauvignon shows a firm structure and intense black fruit aromas – with excellent ageing potential.

Colour: Deeply ruby-red with violet reflections, dense and intense

Aroma: Blackcurrant, blackberry, black cherry, cedar, bell pepper and fine spicy notes

Taste: Firm structure, strong tannins, good acidity, complex black fruit finish – excellent ageing potential

Serving

At 17–18°C, with beef, lamb, game, strong cheeses and dark chocolate.
